Got up this morning, amazingly early enough for breakfast. Breakfast, we decided, to take at the market opposite the hotel. There wasn't much choice but it was enough to make a good start for the day. The portions were rather small, which was good as it left more space in the stomach to try more.

 

 

After breakfast, we were off to check out the butterfly farm, one of the places of interest on my list. The bus ride was interesting, bringing me back about 20 years when they still issued punched out tickets to passengers. The scenery along the route was also a blast to the past, chickens running along the road, kampung-style housing, fruit trees my mom haven't seen in years! The fruit tree definitely got her excited.
